The Mark Mullet for Issaquah Mayor Campaign is committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and equitable environment for all team members, volunteers, supporters, and community members. Our campaign believes in fostering a positive space free from discrimination, harassment, and hostility.
Scope
This Code of Conduct applies to all team members, volunteers, employees, contractors, and supporters participating in campaign-related activities, whether in-person, online, or at affiliated events and meetings.
Principles of Conduct
All members associated with the Mark Mullet Campaign pledge to uphold the following standards:

Immediately cease behaviors perceived as abusive, violent, or harassing.

Respect others’ property and personal space.

Consume alcohol responsibly and never provide alcohol to minors. Campaign team members are strongly encouraged to limit or abstain from alcohol consumption at official campaign events.

Maintain respectful and professional communication across all platforms.

Avoid sharing unauthorized personal images, videos, or audio recordings of others without explicit consent.

Clearly announce when campaign activities are being live-streamed or recorded.

Reporting and Enforcement
Anyone who experiences or witnesses a violation of this Code of Conduct should report immediately to the Campaign Manager or designated contact. Reports will be handled promptly, discreetly, and fairly. Severe or repeated violations may result in removal from campaign activities and prohibition from future participation.

As representatives of Mark Mullet and leaders in the community, all campaign participants commit to embodying the highest ethical standards and to proactively creating an environment of trust, dignity, and mutual respect.
